Hi, my name is Memo Romero. I’m the owner at Athena 3d Manufacturing. Today, we’re going to be talking about HP’s Multi Jet Fusion technology, and its ability to build full 3D printed interlocking parts, or assemblies, as one component.
These examples show one of the core capabilities of the Multi Jet Fusion technology. An engineer or designer can now design fully assembled parts, thereby simplifying the design effort, simplifying the material procurement effort and reducing overall cost and time to market.
You don’t need screws and pins and nuts and bolts as much in designing full assemblies when you have the capability of producing fully assembled components as one interlocking part.
Here is an example of the wide array of components that we built for various customers. This shows you the diversity of parts that can be manufactured by this technology. There’s no limit, really, and that’s how easy it is to build a full assembly using Multi Jet Fusion technology.
